What counts as a “change”?+
The everyday updates you'd ask a web person for: text, hours, prices, a photo swap, a promo banner, a new testimonial, a fresh section. Care plans cover these small changes — a brand-new page or a full redesign is a bigger project we'll quote separately.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?+
No problem — extra changes are just $5 each, and you approve each one from your dashboard. Or move up a plan for more included changes. Done For You is unlimited.
How fast are changes made?+
Most changes are live within minutes. You describe what you want in plain English and we make it and republish your site for you — no back-and-forth.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — no contracts. Cancel from your billing page and you won't be charged again.
What if I don't have a website yet?+
We host one for you as part of the plan. Start with a clean starter site and just ask for the changes you want.
Is my site safe?+
Every change is saved as a version before it goes live, so nothing can permanently break — one click restores the previous version.
What happens if my website goes down?+
We're watching around the clock, so we usually know before you do. On Keep It Growing and Done For You we text you straight away; on Keep It Running we email you. Either way we're already looking into it before you've read the message — and we tell you again when it's back up.
