The everyday updates you'd ask a web person for: text, hours, prices, a photo swap, a promo banner, a new testimonial, a fresh section. Care plans cover these small changes — a brand-new page or a full redesign is a bigger project we'll quote separately.

Yes — no card, nothing to cancel. It's deliberately the bare minimum: we check your site twice a day, email you if it stops loading, and make one small change a month. No backups, no undo, no health report and none of the deeper checks — those all start at $29.

There isn't one, but it is small on purpose. It works with a website you already have (we don't host it), you get one change a month rather than instant help whenever you need it, and if something breaks there's no backup to roll you back to. If your website matters to your business, the paid plans are the ones that actually protect it.

On a paid plan, extra changes are just $5 each and you approve each one from your dashboard — or move up a plan for more included changes. Done For You includes 50 a month, which is more than almost any small business will ever need. The free plan doesn't include extras: your one change comes back next month, or you can upgrade and we'll get straight to it.

Most changes are live within minutes. You describe what you want in plain English and we make it and republish your site for you — no back-and-forth.

Upkept runs on automation. Our systems make your changes and run every safety check automatically — that's how work lands in minutes and stays this affordable, and changes may publish without a person reviewing them first. On every paid plan each change is then checked over a second time, to a higher standard, before it publishes — and anything that doesn't hold up is done again properly rather than sent out as-is. Every change is saved as a version before it goes live, and on every paid plan one click restores the previous version — and a real person is always reachable at our support email if something needs eyes.

We check paid plans every 30, 15 or 5 minutes day and night — and the free plan twice a day — so we usually know before you do. We email you the moment we see it. On Keep It Growing and Done For You that email also tells you what we found and what caused it. Every paid plan hears again the moment the site is back up.

Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you won't be charged again — your cover runs to the end of the year you've already paid for, and then it simply doesn't renew. We don't refund the part of the year you haven't used, so if you'd rather keep the flexibility, monthly is the one to pick.

No — your changes still come monthly. On Keep It Growing that's 10 every month, not 120 to spend whenever you like, and unused ones don't roll over. Paying yearly saves you money; it doesn't change how the changes work. Extra changes are still $5 each any time you need more.
